AluArtMountains can directly grant a license only for photographs where Pierre Thiaville is the author.
Which photographs can be licensed?
AluArtMountains can directly grant a usage license or a limited assignment only when Pierre Thiaville is the photographer of the work.
The photographer's name appears on each product sheet. The gallery also features works by other photographers, always credited to their true author. Their availability as an artwork does not give AluArtMountains the right to authorize their reproduction in a campaign, website, brochure, or manufacturing by a third party.
Before your request: open the photograph's product page and verify that the "Photographer" field indeed indicates "Pierre Thiaville." For a work by another photographer, AluArtMountains does not promise to be able to obtain or transfer the necessary rights.

What does the usage license define?
The proposal is tailored to the presented project. It specifies, in particular:
- the photograph concerned and its author;
- the reproduction, representation, or distribution rights granted;
- the authorized media and purpose;
- the number of copies, distribution volume, or anticipated audience;
- the territory and duration of use;
- the exclusive or non-exclusive nature of the license;
- authorized technical adaptations, including cropping;
- photographer credit conditions;
- remuneration and payment terms.
Rights not expressly granted remain reserved to Pierre Thiaville. The purchase of a physical artwork does not automatically transfer the right to reproduce, modify, or distribute the photograph's file.

For an eligible photograph, a project can be considered up to 200 cm on the longest side and 110 cm on the other side, with personalized cropping, simulation, and printing on matte Dibond aluminium.
Manufacturing by your service provider
For a light box, sign, banner, stand, special structure, or larger dimension, the file can be prepared according to the characteristics validated in the license.
Your service provider remains responsible for manufacturing, final colorimetry, structure, installation, and compliance of their setup.
