Photos of the lakes, passes and ridges of the Cerces massif
This collection explores the Cerces massif between the Clarée valley, Lac des Cerces facing Pointe des Cerces, Lac du Peyron, Lac Laramon and Lac Long. The Galibier area adds broader relief, while some views look towards Barre des Écrins or the Aiguilles d’Arves from lakes and passes within the massif.
The photographs are printed to order on matte aluminium Dibond. The support limits reflections and preserves the nuances of water, ridges, larches and high-altitude mineral landscapes.

From the Clarée valley to high-altitude lakes
Lakes Cerces, Peyron, Laramon and Long offer very different compositions depending on the width of the valley and the light. The Clarée brings more vegetation and autumn colour, while Galibier and the ridges put more emphasis on rock and high-mountain relief.
Choosing a Cerces massif photo print
Lake scenes work well for compositions combining water in the foreground with distant ridges. Views around Galibier instead emphasise the scale of the passes and the mineral lines of the relief.
