The calm water forms a luminous surface between the mineral shores, the high-altitude grasses and the already warm hues of autumn. The lake is located above Névache, in the Clarée valley and the Hautes-Alpes. This high valley sector combines high-altitude lakes, rocky ridges and larch trees, with landscapes open towards the passes and summits of the Cerces-Thabor massif. The photograph captures a moment of transition: some parts of the relief already receive a golden light, while others remain bluish. What should I do if my photo print arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible via email with your order number, a full photograph of the artwork, and detailed views of the defect. In the event of transit damage, please also include photographs of the inner and outer packaging, and the shipping label. Once the claim is validated, a new conforming print will be issued at no cost, without limiting your legal guarantees.
