The simulation can be prepared for a standard size available on the product page as well as for a project requiring a custom study. The goal is to avoid choosing solely based on abstract dimensions and to place the print within the actual proportions of your room.
How does the wall simulation work?

Photograph your wall
Two or three views taken as straight as possible are usually sufficient. Try to show the entire wall as well as any furniture, windows, lights, or elements that give scale to the room.

Add a reliable measurement
Provide at least one identifiable dimension: wall width, sofa width, ceiling height, door width, or any other measurement visible in the photograph.
3.
Indicate the print you are interested in
Add the link to the photograph or photographs you are considering, as well as the size you have in mind if you already have a preference.
What is a simulation concretely used for?
A single dimension does not always allow for imagining the actual rendering. A 100 × 70 cm print may seem large on a product page but then appear discreet on a large wall; conversely, a panoramic format can dominate a narrower room. Perception also depends on the furniture, distance, ceiling height, and the point from which the print is most often viewed.
The simulation particularly allows to check:
- if the print appears too small, too large, or balanced in relation to the wall;
- the hanging height in relation to furniture and the main viewpoint;
- the relevance of a horizontal, vertical, or panoramic format;
- the space to be kept around the print;
- the effect of a specific photograph in the colors and light of your interior;
- specific constraints of a staircase, a high wall, a window, or a passage.
Example: choosing the size and position in a staircase
In this client project, the challenge was to verify the proportions of a vertical print in a staircase wall before definitively choosing its format and height. A photograph of the room and a reference measurement allowed for preparing a scaled integration.
What should be sent to obtain a useful simulation?
- 2 or 3 photographs of the wall, if possible taken from the front and from the main viewpoints;
- at least one reference measurement clearly identifiable in the photos;
- the link to the print(s) you are interested in;
- the envisioned format, if you already have one in mind;
- useful constraints: sofa, bed, sideboard, window, radiator, railing, lighting, passage, or other elements to consider.
The form below is used to initiate the request. After your message, you can send the wall photographs by email. If your images are already accessible via a sharing link, you can also add this link directly in your message.
Standard size or custom print?
A wall simulation does not necessarily mean that the print must be custom-made. If one of the sizes offered on the product page suits your wall, the simulation can simply be used to compare the dimensions and position before ordering.
