About this image
Chamechaude stands snow-covered above the limestone terrain of the Chartreuse. Its massive, immediately recognisable silhouette occupies the centre of the composition, with the major changes in slope that characterise this summit.
Snow traces the lines of the terrain and heightens the contrast between the summit plateau, darker walls and slopes descending towards the massif. The framing deliberately centres on the mountain to give its shape full prominence.
Rising to 2,082 metres, Chamechaude is the highest point of the Chartreuse massif in Isère. This photograph offers a restrained winter view, built around the summit and its limestone geology.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
