About this image
The Vénéon valley extends between the imposing slopes of the Écrins. The mountain stream follows the valley floor, while forest and rocky terrain form successive layers towards the high mountains.
The watercourse creates a clear line in the composition, guiding the eye deeper into the valley. Wooded slopes and more mineral walls reinforce the enclosed character of the Vénéon.
Situated in the Oisans area of Isère, the valley is one of the main natural gateways to the Écrins massif and national park, notably towards Saint-Christophe-en-Oisans and La Bérarde.
This Vénéon valley photo print is printed to order on matte aluminium Dibond, preserving the nuances of the water, vegetation and terrain.
