About this image
At the end of the day, Val d'Isère lights up between the chalets and snow-capped peaks of Haute-Tarentaise. The sky takes on warm hues, while the snow and slopes remain marked by colder blues that give volume to the landscape. The church and buildings gather at the foot of a rocky slope in front of the pink-orange sky. Snow-covered pistes fill the foreground, leaving space around the buildings. The photograph thus arranges the resort between skiing terrain, building silhouettes and the wall in the background, with the evening colours above this succession.
The framing maintains a wide enough view so that the resort does not become the sole subject. The village lights provide anchor points, the rooflines lead towards the slopes, and the sunset unites the whole in a warm palette.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
