About this image
In summer, Lac de l’Orceyrette reflects the larches and wooded slopes in emerald green waters. The forest descends almost to the shore, enveloping the lake, while the contours of the valley appear through the branches. The whole forms a fresh, calm, and lushly vegetated scene. Near the edge, the stony bottom remains visible through the green water. A small wooden pontoon topped with a triangular structure extends into the lake, introducing a built form among the reflections. The transparency of the foreground and the mirror of the mountains farther away offer two ways of seeing the water at the foot of the summer forest.
The lake is located around 1,928 meters above sea level in the municipality of Villar-Saint-Pancrace, in the Briançonnais region. It borders the Bois des Ayes, a high-altitude forest known for its larches and Swiss stone pines, where the landscapes of the Queyras meet the valleys near Briançon.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
