At the end of the day, the Alpe d'Huez snowpark stands out against the still luminous slopes under a sky of warm hues. The features, tracks, and silhouettes of skiers bring movement to the foreground, while the resort and mountains extend in layers to the horizon. What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
