The irregular volumes of the buildings follow the terrain, while the mountains remain present beyond the rooftops without diverting attention from the heritage. Located at around 1,850 meters of altitude in Haute-Maurienne, Bonneval-sur-Arc sits at the foot of the Col de l'Iseran, near the Vanoise National Park. The old heart of the village has preserved architecture adapted to the climate: thick walls, local stone, wood, and lauze roofs capable of withstanding high-altitude winters. What should I do if my photo print arrives damaged or has a defect?
Contact AluArtMountains by email as soon as possible with your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed views of the defect. If the damage occurred in transit, also include photographs of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
