About this image
The village of La Clusaz stretches between chalets, meadows, and the green slopes of the Aravis massif. The dwellings follow the slopes without breaking the continuity of the landscape, while the peaks frame the valley and give the scene its alpine depth. What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
