About this image
The aiguilles and cliffs of the Fiz massif take on warm tones in the final light of day. Limestone ridges stand out sharply while shadows gradually fill the couloirs, emphasizing the graphic character of this Haute-Savoie range. Golden towers extend a long stratified cliff above a dark wooded slope. In a few couloirs, residual snow adds lighter lines among the limestone. The landscape gains depth through this succession of materials: the forest maintains a dense base, then bands of rock lead toward the towers still receiving the light.
Here, sunset reveals the structure of the rock more than it colours the landscape uniformly. Golden areas answer the greys and blues already in shadow, giving relief to the ridges and natural depth to the sky.
The Fiz overlook Passy and form a long rocky barrier between the Arve valley and Haut-Giffre. This limestone massif, marked by cliffs, lapiaz and high plateaus, also offers many views toward Mont-Blanc, the Aravis and the Aiguilles Rouges.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
