About this image

An ibex stands facing Mont-Blanc in a landscape reduced to its essential lines by the black and white. The bright mass of snow-capped peaks is echoed by the darker silhouette of the animal, perched on a rocky foreground. The vertical framing layers the ibex in the foreground against the immense glaciated massif in the background. Its large horns form clearly defined lines above the dark rock. What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?

If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
