Its still dense coat shows the shades of late winter, while the dark facial markings and slender horns remain clearly visible. Side lighting highlights the black-and-white facial mask amid the flower-filled meadow. Behind the animal, snowy peaks remain blurred, opening the view towards the high mountains. What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
