About this image

The final light settles on Aiguille Verte and Les Drus, whose granite walls take on orange tones above Chamonix. Ridges remain sharp while couloirs and snow areas gradually shift into cooler shades. A notch separates the two great golden towers. On the left, the glacier provides a brighter surface while pink clouds cling to the summit. The photograph brings these materials together without erasing their differences: granite draws the verticals, ice opens the lower landscape and clouds soften certain lines where they meet the sunset light.

Sunset emphasizes the geometry of the summits without making the scene uniform. Some walls still catch the light while others fade into shadow, accentuating volume and depth. Granite, snow and sky form a palette that is both warm and mineral.

Aiguille Verte rises to 4,122 metres in the Mont-Blanc massif. Beside it, Les Drus form an immediately recognisable silhouette marked by large vertical faces and particularly jagged relief.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?

If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
