About this image
At Les Menuires, the Bruyères gondola stands out against a sunset sky. Towers, cables and cabins become graphic silhouettes, while golden and orange tones bring warmth to this high-mountain landscape. The large pulley tower provides an anchor point for the cables. Several enclosed cabins follow one another in front of fully snow-covered slopes and a low sun. Their repetition makes the distance readable while preserving the graphic quality of the lift: nearby machinery, small suspended forms and illuminated snow create three very different levels in the photograph.
The pared-back framing relies on a few strong lines: the diagonal of the cables, the repetition of the cabins and the transition between the bright sky and darker relief. This simplicity avoids visual overload and focuses attention on the shift from day to evening.
The scene is located in Savoie, in the Vanoise massif and the Les Trois Vallées ski area. The lift introduces a discreet human presence into a largely open environment associated with skiing and the high-altitude slopes of Mont de la Chambre.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
