About this image
Viewed from the sky, the resort of Les Deux Alpes stretches across its plateau, largely free of snow, at sunset. Residences, chalets, and slopes form a long line amidst the landscape, while shadows gradually creep into the Oisans valleys. Yellow streetlights mark the roads and buildings on ground largely free of snow. Residual strips of snow line the plateau, while the great white summits stand out beneath a grey-blue sky. The visible warmth comes from the nearby lighting, which gives the resort a presence against the colder tones of the mountains.
The aerial perspective makes the layout of the area clear. Snowy pistes contrast with the dark ground of the plateau, yellow lights punctuate the roofs and streets, and the mountains overlap as far as the horizon in the late-day light.
The resort connects the historic sectors of Mont-de-Lans and Vénosc, in Isère, facing the Écrins massif. Its high-altitude location creates a very unique landscape, where built-up areas follow the plateau between steep slopes and ski domains.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
