A series of Vieux Lyon rooftops leads towards Cathédrale Saint-Jean-Baptiste. The tiles, chimneys, and historic facades form several closely layered planes, while the monument stands out above the Saint-Jean district. The cathedral appears on the right, beyond the closely spaced chimneys. A Ferris wheel can be seen farther away beneath the light grey sky, introducing a circular shape among the rooftops. These landmarks at different distances give depth to the urban fabric without reducing the nearby houses to a mere base for the monument.

The photograph prioritises the texture of the urban landscape rather than a frontal view of the monument. The terracotta tones of the rooftops respond to the greys of the stone, and the soft light reveals the irregularities of the buildings without erasing the depth of the streets and courtyards.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?

If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
