About this image
From the sky, the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière dominates the hill, the roofs of Vieux Lyon and the banks of the Saône. Its four towers, its forecourt, and its pale volumes become fully legible thanks to the aerial perspective. People cross the forecourt at the foot of the four white towers. Their small size gives scale to the monument, with the tree-filled city extending behind it. The elevated angle reveals the relationships between roofs, open spaces and the volumes of the towers, showing the basilica as a group of buildings at the top of its urban landscape.

Construction of the basilica began in 1872 according to Pierre Bossan's plans. The building has four towers measuring 48 meters and blends Romanesque, Gothic, and Byzantine influences. It belongs to the historic site of Lyon, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
