About this image
The Bellecombe lakes follow one another in the foreground, facing the Dent Parrachée. The calm water, alpine pastures, and mineral landscapes create several distinct planes, while the silhouette of the summit closes the horizon and gives the scene its full depth. What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
