About this image
The slopes of Croix-Rousse form a vast collection of ochre, pink, and beige facades above the centre of Lyon. The roofs, staircases, and streets follow the contours of the hill, creating a dense composition where colours naturally distinguish the different planes. Red roofs overlap between ochre facades in a tight urban framing. The blue sky forms a clear boundary above the hill. Changes in height and colour guide the eye along the rows of buildings, while the closely framed details give the slope a continuous texture, with no view of the water in this image.
The panorama maintains the density of the urban fabric without becoming cluttered. The closest facades show their details, the buildings narrow towards the horizon, and the variations in shade reveal the shape of the hill better than uniform light.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
