About this image
Lake Long Supérieur and the Refuge des Merveilles appear beneath an August sky crossed by clouds. Large boulders fill the foreground in front of the dark water. Golden grasslands follow the valley and meet rocky slopes beneath a ridge and an overcast sky. These close textures give the lakeshore a strong presence, while the diffuse light keeps the different layers clearly readable all the way into the more mineral background.
Located in the Vallée des Merveilles, in the commune of Tende, this high-altitude lake has the refuge on its shores. The calm water, alpine meadows and rocky terrain form a landscape characteristic of Parc national du Mercantour.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
