The Puy de Dôme emerges from a sea of mist in the first light of day. A wooden staircase bordered by ropes descends the grassy slope towards the bank of mist. Beyond it, the antenna marks the summit of the dome and provides a clear reference point against the sky. This nearby path leads the eye to the volcano, connecting the texture of the steps and grass to the great white surface filling the hollows of the landscape.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
