At dawn, Dent Parrachée, Dôme de Chasseforêt, and Mont Pelve gradually emerge into the light. The first rays catch the ridges and couloirs, while the lower slopes remain steeped in bluish shadows. These high peaks belong to the Vanoise massif in Savoie. They dominate the valleys and glaciers of the national park, forming one of the great high mountain ranges between Haute Maurienne and the Pralognan area. What should I do if my photo print arrives damaged or has a defect?
Contact AluArtMountains by email as soon as possible with your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed views of the defect. If the damage occurred in transit, also include photographs of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
