Megève under the snow unfolds here across the entire width of the upper Arly Valley. The village occupies the bottom of the valley, surrounded by chalets, terraced neighborhoods, and white slopes that rise between the forests. The winding road and the large fir trees in the foreground provide a natural entrance to this winter panorama. Located at approximately 1,100 meters above sea level in Haute-Savoie, Megève developed in a landscape of mountain pastures, woods, and open terrain between the Mont-Blanc region and the Aravis. The photograph shows this inhabited geography without reducing the resort to its slopes: the roofs, clearings, and hillsides form a coherent whole, deeply linked to the Val d'Arly. What should I do if my photo print arrives damaged or has a defect?
Contact AluArtMountains by email as soon as possible with your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed views of the defect. If the damage occurred in transit, also include photographs of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
