Lac des Neuf Couleurs (Lake of Nine Colors) occupies a mineral basin at the foot of the high peaks of the Chambeyron massif. Depending on the light, its water changes from deep blue to emerald green, while scree, snowfields, and dark ridges close off the cirque. Located at an altitude of 2,841 meters above Saint-Paul-sur-Ubaye, this lake belongs to the high Ubaye region. The Aiguille de Chambeyron, the highest point in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence at 3,412 meters, dominates the area along with the Tête de la Fréma and several peaks exceeding 3,000 meters. The photograph captures the austere and isolated character of the site. Vegetation is almost absent, allowing the variations of stone, snow, and water to take center stage. The changing hues of the lake provide the only softness to this high-mountain composition. What should I do if my photo print arrives damaged or has a defect?
Contact AluArtMountains by email as soon as possible with your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed views of the defect. If the damage occurred in transit, also include photographs of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
