About this image
Seen from the sky in winter, the Pic du Midi de Bigorre and its observatory dominate a vast expanse of snowy ridges. The buildings, domes, and antennas occupy the summit platform, whose geometry strongly contrasts with the natural lines of the mountain. The tall antenna rises above the snowy platform amid a white mountain range stretching out in every direction. The high sun illuminates the terrain and keeps the outlines of the equipment clearly visible. This view gives scale to the scientific complex, whose regular forms stand out against the slopes and ridges descending on either side of the summit.
The aerial view helps to precisely understand its location. The structures remain perfectly legible, but the snow, slopes, and vastness of the terrain maintain their primary importance and emphasize the isolation of this platform above the valleys.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
