The Puy de Côme is recognizable by its large, regular cone, while the Pariou features a particularly clear crater. What should I do if my photo print arrives damaged or has a defect?
Contact AluArtMountains by email as soon as possible with your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed views of the defect. If the damage occurred in transit, also include photographs of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
