Puy Mary rises to 1,787 meters in the heart of the Grand Site de France Puy Mary – Volcan du Cantal. Around it, glacial erosion has carved deep glacial valleys and left a succession of ridges, domes, and rocky spurs. The Brèche de Rolland, locally called the Pourtaou, forms a recognizable break in the Peyre-Arse relief. What should I do if my photo print arrives damaged or has a defect?
Contact AluArtMountains by email as soon as possible with your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed views of the defect. If the damage occurred in transit, also include photographs of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
