About this image
Viewed from the air, Alpe d'Huez stretches across a vast snowy balcony in the heart of the Grandes Rousses massif. The districts, roads, and slopes form a precise pattern, surrounded by white slopes and darker forests. The resort remains clearly identifiable without ever dominating the Oisans landscape. The view reveals the connections between buildings, roads and pistes, whose snow cover varies from one area to another. What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
