About this image
From the summit of La Saulire in Méribel, the rocky silhouette of the Dent de Burgin dominates a landscape entirely shaped by winter. Snow traces the ridgelines, while a sea of clouds envelops the valleys and separates the nearer slopes from the peaks on the horizon.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
