About this image
As night falls, Verbier lights up beneath the snow in the Alpes valaisannes. The warm lights of the chalets dot the slopes between the illuminated snow and the shaded areas of the forest. The tight framing follows the network of streets lit in yellow and orange. A bell tower rises above the chalets in front of the dark forest. There is no sky in the image: the light is visible directly on the snow, roofs and roads, giving each group of buildings its place in the night-time terrain of this Swiss resort.
The photograph captures the transition between the daytime landscape and the nocturnal atmosphere. The snow unifies the buildings, roads, and slopes, while the lighting restores depth to the resort. The forest frames the buildings without distracting attention from this very brief moment of twilight.
The resort is located at around 1,500 meters altitude, on a plateau overlooking the Val de Bagnes. Its territory extends towards the high peaks of the 4 Vallées ski area and Mont Fort, which reaches 3,330 meters.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If the print has a printing defect, breakage or transport damage, whether the packaging is damaged or appears intact, contact AluArtMountains as soon as possible. Send your order number, a full photograph of the print and detailed photos of the defect. If the packaging is marked or damaged, also include photos of the inner and outer packaging and the shipping label. Once the claim is approved, a compliant replacement print will be produced at no extra cost, without limiting your statutory rights.
