How do I choose the right size for my photo print?
The right size depends on the width of your wall, viewing distance and the effect you want to create. A smaller format suits a narrow space, while a 70 × 100 cm print or panorama has greater presence in a living room or above a piece of furniture.
How do I hang an aluminium Dibond photo print?
The hanging system depends on the size and configuration of the print. Check the information on the product page and use wall fixings suitable for your wall type. For added safety, we recommend an additional discreet retaining device.
What are the production and delivery times?
Production: 1 to 2 days. Shipping: 2 to 4 days. The total time from order to delivery is usually 3 to 6 days. Tracking details are sent as soon as the order ships.
What happens if my photo print arrives damaged or has a defect?
If your photo print has a printing defect, is broken or damaged in transit, send us photos of the print and, if necessary, the packaging. Once the claim has been approved, a replacement print will be produced at no extra cost.
